Pancakes are not just for pancake day (however it’s great to have an excuse to eat them)! We love them for breakfast, for lunch and sometimes even a savoury version for dinner. We just love pancakes in this house. Here is a selection of toppings we like.
Ingredients
8 Tablespoons Plain Flour
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Milk to achieve desired consistency – needs to be a thin batter mixture
Traditional Lemon and sugar – served with fresh fruit
Nutella and fresh raspberries
Pancake wrap with Nutella, marshmallows and fresh strawberries
Good old Maple Syrup
Fresh bananas, blueberries and vanilla cream
